摘要
文中针对多旋翼无人机的应用现状和技术瓶颈,研究一种基于系留缆绳传输的高效、轻质的高压直流供电技术,并系统地分析高压交流传输和高压直流传输的系统构成和优缺点。最后通过实例介绍高压直流供电系统的设计,给出了高压DC/DC电源模块的拓扑结构图和高强度、轻质系留缆绳的关键技术和关键工序。经试验表明,基于系留缆绳传输的高压直流供电系统实现了既定功能,并具有重量轻、传输效率高的优点,可广泛应用于系留旋翼无人机系统和系留气球系统的供电系统设计中。
Aiming at the application status and technical bottleneck of multi⁃rotor uav,An efficient and lightweight HVDC power supply technology is studyed which based on tethered cable transmission,and the system composition,advantages and disadvantages of HVAC transmission and HVDC transmission is systematically analyzed.At the end,the design of HVDC power supply system is introduced through an example,The topological structure diagram of HVDC/DC power supply module and the key technologies and procedures of high strength and light weight mooring rope are given.The experimental results show that the HVDC power supply system based on the mooring cable transmission realizes the established functions and has the advantages of light weight and high transmission efficiency,which can be widely used in the power supply system design of the mooring rotor uav and the mooring ballon.
