摘要
目的探讨基于SAFR问卷建立的新型跌倒风险管理模式在院内预防跌倒中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月我院住院患者为研究对象,以降低跌倒发生率为目标,从成立跌倒管理小组;SAFR问卷的运用、跌倒风险清单的建立、跌倒短片的设计拍摄、自制动漫版宣教手册的使用、质量监控等方面具体实施,对该管理模式运用效果进行比较。结果新型跌倒风险管理模式实施后跌倒发生率低于实施前(P<0.05),跌倒伤害程度低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SAFR问卷建立的新型跌倒风险管理模式能有效降低住院患者跌倒发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of the new fall risk management model based on SAFR questionnaire in preventing falls in the hospital.Methods We selected the inpatients in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 as the study objects,and with the goal of reducing the incidence of falls,a fall management group was established.The effects of the management model was compared through the specific implementation of application of SAFR questionnaires,the establishment of a fall risk list,the design and shoot of short videos of fall,the use of self-made cartoon version of the mission manual,quality monitoring and so on.Results After the implementation of the new fall risk management model,the incidence of falls was lower than that before implementation(P<0.05),the degree of fall injury was also lower than that before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new fall risk management model based on the SAFR questionnaire can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients.
