摘要
文中首先根据经验初步选取自然散热方式对某雷达电子机箱进行了散热设计,并采用Icepak软件进行了仿真计算。结果表明,热平衡后电子机箱发热部件的最高工作温度达110℃,超过了允许工作温度,无法满足散热要求。随后采用强迫风冷方式进行了散热优化设计。仿真结果表明,热平衡后电子机箱发热部件的最高温度降至87℃以下,可以满足机箱正常工作的要求。
In this paper the natural heat dissipation mode is preliminarily selected for the thermal design of a radar electronic chassis according to experience.And simulation calculation is carried out by Icepak software.The result shows that after thermal balance the maximum work temperature of the heating parts of the electronic chassis reaches 110℃,which exceeds the allowable work temperature and can't meet the heat dissipation requirements.Then the forced air cooling mode is used to optimize the thermal design.The simulation result shows that after thermal balance the maximum work temperature of the heating parts of the electronic chassis can be reduced to below 87℃,which can meet the normal operation requirements of the chassis.
