摘要
目的 探讨优质护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值.方法 将2018年1~12月在我院精神科治疗的60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组PANSS评分变化、心理状态变化、生活质量(GQOLI-74)评分、护理满意率.结果 观察组与对照组比较,护理后PANSS评分中的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病症状、总分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAS和SDS评分也显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GQOLI-74评分中的心理健康、物质生活、社会功能、躯体健康显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意率明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 优质护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用价值显著,能有效提升护理依从率,缓解精神症状,改善心理状态,提高生活质量,具有积极的临床意义.
Objective To explore the application value of quality nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in psychiatry department of our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received quality nursing.The PANSS score changes,psychological state changes,Quality of life(GQOLI-74)score and nursing satisfaction rate were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychotic symptoms and total scores of PANSS scores in the observation group were significantly reduced after nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores also decreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of GQOLI-74 scores on mental health,material life,social function and physical health were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality nursing in patients with schizophrenia shows significant value,which can effectively improve the compliance rate,relieve mental symptoms,improve psychological state and improve the quality of life,with positive clinical significance.
