摘要
采用HPLC-ICP-MS联用技术测定样品中砷的各种形态。在实验中以反相高效液相色谱为分离系统,电感耦合等离子体为检测器,讨论并优化了色谱分离条件,经过优化最终流动相中加入TBAH的浓度为18.8m M,丙二酸的浓度为2mmol/L,甲醇的最佳加入量为4%(V/V)。以人体尿液与沈阳浑河河水作为分析样品进行实验,同时对两种分析样品进行加标回收实验,其回收率都在99.8%~110%之间。最终在人体尿液中,发现了三种形态的有机砷,而浑河水则未检出任何砷的形态。
The HPLC-ICP-MS is used to determine various arsenic species in samples. The reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatog-raphy is used as the separation system, the inductively coupled plasma is adopted as the detector, and the chromatographic separation conditions are discussed and optimized, then the optimized concentration of TBAH in the final mobile phase is confirmed as 18.8 mM, the concentration of malonic acid is 2 mmol/L and the optimal amount of methanol is 4(V/V). The human urine and water from Shenyang Hunhe River is used as the analysis sam-ples, the standard recovery tests are carried, and the recovery rates are between 99.8%~110%. In human urine, three forms of organic arsenic are found, but no arsenic is found in Hunhe River water.
