摘要
本试验研究了发酵废咖啡粉对绵羊营养物质消化率和氮利用的影响。采用植物乳杆菌对废咖啡粉进行发酵。发酵条件为含水量70%,温度39℃,厌氧发酵48h。饲养试验选择8只成年公羊[初始体重(56.8±0.4)kg]置于呼吸代谢室中,日粮处理方法为:对照组(不添加废弃咖啡粉)、10%废弃咖啡粉组、10%发酵废弃咖啡粉组和20%发酵废弃咖啡粉组,试验周期为18d,适应期为14d,样品采集期为4d。结果:发酵废弃咖啡粉酸性洗涤不溶氮浓度(占总氮的64.5%)显著低于未发酵废弃咖啡粉(占总氮的78.8%)(P<0.05)。各组间干物质和有机物的消化率相似(P>0.05)。虽然对照组粗蛋白质消化率显著高于发酵废弃咖啡粉组(P<0.05),但10%发酵废弃咖啡粉组的粗蛋白质消化率和氮沉积率均显著高于10%未发酵废弃咖啡粉组(P<0.05)。随着日粮发酵废弃咖啡粉添加水平的升高,体增重和平均日增重表现为显著线性下降,而饮水量显著增加(P<0.05)。随着日粮发酵废弃咖啡粉水平的增加,各组干物质摄入量无显著差异(P>0.05),但饲料效率呈显著下降趋势(P=0.09)。结论:废弃咖啡粉通过微生物发酵后可提高绵羊蛋白质含量,从而提高粗蛋白质消化率和氮沉积率,因此,利用微生物发酵低消化率饲料原料可提高原料饲料质量具有积极作用。
The effects of fermented waste coffee powder on digestibility of nutrients and nitrogen utilization in sheep were studied.Waste coffee powder was fermented by lactobacillus.The fermentation conditions were 70%water content,39℃temperature and 48h anaerobic fermentation.Feeding experiment choose 8 adult RAMS(initial weight 56.8±0.4 kg)in the respiratory metabolism chamber,the diet treatment method is:the control group(not adding waste coffee powder),10%waste coffee powder group,10%fermented waste coffee powder and 20%fermented waste coffee powder group,the test cycle for 18 d,adaptation for 14 d,sample collection period for 4 d.Results:in the fermentation test results of waste coffee powder,the concentration of acid detergent insoluble nitrogen in waste coffee powder(64.5%of the total nitrogen)was significantly lower than that in the non^fermented waste coffee powder(78.8%of the total nitrogen)(P<0.05).The digestibility of dry matter and organic matter was similar between groups(P>0.05).Although the crude protein digestibility of the control group was significantly higher than that of the waste coffee powder group(P<0.05),the crude protein digestibility and nitrogen deposition rate of the 10%waste coffee powder group were significantly higher than that of the 10%waste coffee powder group(P<0.05).With the increase of the addition level of waste coffee powder,body weight gain and average daily weight gain showed a significant linear decline,while the amount of drinking water increased significantly(P<0.05).With the increase of the level of waste coffee powder in daily diet fermentation,there was no significant difference in dry matter intake in each group(P>0.05),but the feed efficiency showed a significant downward trend(P=0.09).Conclusion:waste coffee powder can increase the protein content of sheep after fermentation by microorganisms,thus improving the digestibility of crude protein and nitrogen deposition rate.Therefore,the fermentation of low digestibility feed materials by microorganisms plays a positive role in improving the feed quality.
