Optimized Ventilation System for an Extra-long Highway Tunnel

摘要 竖(斜)井送排通风已经成为高速公路特长隧道通风的主流形式,但存在通风附属土建工程量大,运营通风设备长期闲置等问题。论文以南(充)大(竹)梁(平)高速公路华蓥山隧道为工程依托,展开8 km特长公路隧道通风系统优化配置研究,在通风方案及土建工程配置优化的基础上,展开了通风机电设备分期配置及节能运营分析,提出8 km特长公路隧道单竖井应对异常交通情况的通风方案。结果表明:(1)华蓥山隧道可取消原左线通风竖井及地下风机,采用全射流通风;右线采用竖井送排式通风,竖井直径优化为Φ7m,同时为两线排烟。(2)为避免8 km特长公路隧道通风机电投资的增大,并降低运营能耗,华蓥山隧道运营通风可按稀释污染浓度控制,左线通风设备配置将大大减少,右线隧道可阶段性采用全射流方案。(3)在左线隧道增设送风口,可提高8 km公路隧道设单竖井情况下应对异常交通流的通风能力。 Vertical/inclined ventilation systems with intake and exhaust shafts have become the main form of ventilation in extra-long highway tunnels.However,there are several problems with these systems,such as requirement of large volumes of civil engineering work and long periods of idle operation of the ventilation equipment.Considering the Huayingshan tunnel in Nandaliang expressway as the reference,the optimization of the ventilation system for an 8 km long highway tunnel was studied.Based on the optimized ventilation scheme and civil engineering configuration,the staged configuration of the electromechanical ventilation equipment and the energy-saving operations were analyzed,and a ventilation scheme was proposed for the8 km long highway tunnel with a single vertical shaft,to manage abnormal traffic conditions.The results show the following.(1)The left tunnel can adopt full-jet ventilation by removing the original vertical shaft and the underground fan room;the right tunnel can adopt vertical ventilation with intake and exhaust by an optimized shaft diameter of 7 m;in this arrangement,the shaft is used to remove the smoke from the two tunnels when a fire occurs.(2)To avoid an increase in mechanical investment and to decrease the operational energy consumption,the ventilation during the normal traffic of the Huayingshan tunnel is determined by the pollutant concentration.The number of the ventilation equipment in the left tunnel will be significantly reduced,and the full-jet scheme can be used in the right tunnel in stages.(3)Installing an air supply outlet in the left tunnel is an effective way to improve the ventilation capacity during abnormal traffic flows.
