摘要
目的:观察分析中药内服、熏洗结合手术治疗胫骨远端爆裂骨折(胫骨Pilon骨折)的疗效。方法:选择在我院进行治疗的胫骨Pilon骨折患者60例,具体的选择时间为2018年1月-2019年1月,将患者随机分为研究组和参照组,每组各30例患者,对研究组患者进行中西医的结合治疗,对参照组的患者进行传统的手术治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果、美国矫形外科足踝协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分、以及疼痛改善程度进行对比分析。结果:在治疗过后,研究组患者的中医症状积分明显好于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在治疗过后,研究组患者的AOFAS踝-后足评分总分明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在治疗前,研究组患者的疼痛评分为(7.21±1.31)分,参照组患者的疼痛评分为(6.74±0.97)分,两组数据对比差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。在治疗后,研究组患者的疼痛评分为(2.41±1.08)分,参照组患者的疼痛评分为(3.54±1.42)分,研究组患者的疼痛评分明显小于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:运用中西医结合方法对胫骨Pilon骨折进行治疗,不仅能提高治疗的总有效率,还能减少患者伤口的愈合时间,使患者的疼痛感明显减轻,能够帮助患者快速的恢复健康,提高个人的生活质量,相比较单纯的西医手术治疗,优势是比较明显的,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the curative effect of TCM orally, Xunxi( 熏洗) plus surgery on distal tibial burst fracture(tibia Pilon fracture). Methods: 60 patients with tibial Pilon fractures treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the study group were treated in the integrative medicine, and patients in the reference group were treated by traditional surgery. The treatment effect, AOFAS ankle-back foot score, and pain improvement were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the TCM symptom scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of pain between groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the pain score in the study group was lower than the reference group. The pain score of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group. The data was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative medicine in treating tibial Pilon fractures can not only improve the total effective rate of treatment, but also reduce the wound healing time of the patient, and significantly reduce the patient’s pain. It can help patients recover health quickly and improve personal quality of life. Compared with simple western medicine surgery, it has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical popularization.
