摘要
腓骨的生物学意义、解剖学特点及其在维持踝、膝关节稳定性中所发挥的作用逐渐受到重视。近年来,随着足踝外科学及运动医学的发展,腓骨的运动轨迹及生物力学特点等已成为当今临床研究的热点。本文着重从腓骨的解剖学和运动学特点以及对踝、膝关节稳定性的影响等方面作一综述。
The biological significance and anatomical characteristics of fibula and its role in maintaining the stability of ankle and knee joint have been received more and more attention.In recent years,with the further development of foot and ankle surgery and sports medicine,the motion trajectory and biomechanical characteristics of fibula have become the hot issue of clinical research.In this paper,the anatomical and kinematic characteristics of the fibula and its influence on the stability of ankle and knee joint are reviewed.
