摘要
针对黑晶面板几何参数人工测量效率低、测量误差大等问题,提出了一种基于机器视觉的黑晶面板几何参数测量方法。首先用工业相机对不同尺寸的黑晶面板进行图像采集,然后通过图像预处理、霍夫直线检测及参数校准等步骤对采集到的黑晶面板图像进行处理。最后根据处理结果进行计算出黑晶面板几何参数。在线测量实验表明:在现有相机摆放方式情形下,测量设备可以快速准确计算出200 mm×200 mm至400 mm×600 mm范围内黑晶面板的各个几何参数,其中边长测量精度可达到0.1 mm,两对角线之差精度可达0.3 mm。测量设备能实现对产品100%测量,并在检测精度上满足工厂测量要求。
From the view of manual measurement of black crystal panel geometric parameters,there are issues of low efficien⁃cy and large human error.A method for geometric parameter measurement of black crystal panel based on machine vision was pro⁃posed.Firstly,the industrial camera was used to collect images of different sizes of black crystal panels.Then the image was pro⁃cessed through image preprocessing,Hough line detection,and parameter calibration.Finally,the geometric parameters were calcu⁃lated according to the processing results.On-line measurement experiments show that the measurement equipment can quickly and accurately calculate the geometric parameters of the black crystal panel in the range of 200 mm×200 mm to 400 mm×600 mm,with the existing camera placement method,wherein the side length measurement accuracy can reach 0.1 mm,and the difference between the two diagonal lines can reach 0.3 mm.The measuring equipment can achieve 100%measurement of the product,and meet the factory measurement requirements in terms of detection accuracy.
