摘要
目的评估乳双歧杆菌对伴便秘帕金森病(PD)患者症状的影响。方法纳入2018年5月至2019年5月锦州医科大学附属第一医院伴便秘PD患者40例,按是否口服乳双歧杆菌分为实验组和对照组,于入组时、用药1月及3月进行症状评分。重复测量方差分析2组症状差异,简单效应分析差异症状不同时点的差异。结果抑郁、焦虑、便秘差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组症状入组时与第1月、第3月相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第1月与第3月相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服乳双歧杆菌1个月可缓解伴便秘PD患者的抑郁、焦虑及便秘。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Bifidobacterium lactis on the symptoms of patients with constipation Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,40 patients with constipation PD in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University were divided into experimental group and control group according to whether or notorally administrated with Bifidobacterium lactis.Symptom scores are recorded when enrolled,the first and third month.Repeated measures of variance were used to analyze the differences in symptoms between the two groups,and simple effects were used to analyze the differences in symptoms at different points in time.Results There were significant differences in depression,anxiety and constipation(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the three groups in the first month and the third month(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the third month(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Bifidobacterium lactis can relieve depression,anxiety and constipation in patients with constipation PD.
