摘要
生态城市与绿色建筑的概念由来已久,但对于绿色街区的探讨近段时间才开始出现,一方面,它承接了生态城市的理论基础,并将其运用在街道尺度上;另一方面,它集中关注建筑外部的环境,旨在创造更加绿色舒适的城市室外环境。同时各国也在其绿色建筑评价标准的基础上进行修订,将评价的范围扩展至街区。本文通过对绿色街区的理论及设计策略综述、各国评价标准对绿色街区的设计思考、实际案例分析三个方面简述绿色街区的概念及设计研究的现状。
The concept of eco city and green building has a long history, but the discussion of green block has begun to appear in recent years. On the one hand, it takes on the theoretical basis of eco city and applies it to the street scale;on the other hand, it focuses on the external environment of the building, aiming to create a more green and comfortable outdoor environment of the city. At the same time, countries also revise their green building evaluation standards to expand the scope of evaluation to blocks. In this paper, the concept of green block and the status quo of design research are briefly described in three aspects: the theory and design strategy of green block, the design thinking of evaluation standards of various countries on green block, and the actual case analysis.
