摘要
介绍了一种轿车用蠕墨铸铁离合器压盘的铸造工艺方法。在不改变造型设备的基础上,通过采用隔板芯方法,将1型布置2件铸件改为布置4件。模拟分析和实践表明:生产的铸件符合客户指定标准的要求,且该工艺已具备投入批量生产的条件。
This paper introduces the casting process of the pressure plate of the clutch made of vermicular graphite cast iron for cars.On the basis of not changing the molding equipment,the baffle core is used,thus two castings in one mold arrangement are changed into four castings.The simulation analysis and practice show that the castings produced can meet the requirements of the specified standards by customer,and the process has been suitable for mass production.
