野生蔓胡颓子叶片的结构性状和氮磷养分含量分析

摘要 为研究蔓胡颓子种群和个体内叶片生理特征的变异,理解其适应策略和指导栽培实践,对不同植株和部位叶片的叶面积、比叶面积和C、N、P含量进行了测定。结果表明,蔓胡颓子不同个体的平均叶面积为9.32~21.97 cm2,比叶面积为113.24~170.77 cm2/g;叶片C含量较接近,平均值为490.22 mg/g,N含量为33.47~41.78 mg/g,P含量为0.7493~1.69 mg/g,C:P和N:P变异系数最大,分别为0.203和0.1879;化学计量指标间存在一定的相关性,N:P与P含量、C:P相关性显著(p<0.05)。不同部位的叶面积和比叶面积差异不显著,但下部叶片的N、P含量高于中上部的叶片,上部叶片的C:N、C:P和N:P高于中下部的叶片,仅植株下部叶片的比叶面积与N含量相关性显著(R=0.553,p<0.05)。小生境土壤的化学计量特征与叶片性状存在一定相关性,能较好地解释不同蔓胡颓子植株叶片P含量的变化(R2=0.578,p<0.05)。综上,该地区蔓胡颓子受明显的P养分限制,不同部位叶片养分含量及比例存在差异,叶片性状表现出了较强可塑性和相对稳定性。 In order to study the variation of leaf physiological characteristics of the population and internal individual leaves of Elaeagnus glabra Thunb.,and understand the adaptive strategy and guide the cultivation practice,the leaf area,specific leaf area and C,N and P contents of leaves of different plants and parts were determined.The results showed that the average leaf area of different individuals was 9.32-21.97 cm2,and the specific leaf area was 113.24-170.77 cm2/g.C content of leaves was similar,with an average of 490.22 mg/g.The N content was between 33.47 and 41.78 mg/g,and the P content was between 0.7493 and 1.69 mg/g.C:P and N:P have the largest coefficient of variation,0.203 and 0.1879,respectively.There were certain correlations between the stoichiometric indexes,and the correlations between N:P and P content,C:P were significant(p<0.05).In internal individuals level,the leaf area and specific leaf area of different parts had no significant difference.However,the lower leaves had higher N and P contents than the upper and middle leaves,the upper leaves had higher C:N,C:P and N:P than the middle and lower leaves.Only correlation of specific leaf area and N content was observed in lower leaves(R=0.553,p<0.05).The stoichiometric characteristics of niche soils were related to the counterpart of the leaves of E.glabra Thunb,which could explain the changes of P content in leaves of different individuals(R2=0.578,p<0.05).In summary,E.glabra Thunb.is obviously limited to P content in study area.The nutrient contents and their ratios of the leaves are different between positions,and leaf traits have strong plasticity and relative stability.
