摘要
针对民警职业生涯发展中自我认同感低、自我预期低,职业倦怠,传统思政工作缺乏吸引力等问题,设计开发面向民警职业生涯管理的信息化管理平台--成长树平台。成长树平台在系统绘制民警职业能力的基础上,创新性整合运用公安政工数据、业务数据以及各类社会信息数据,实现民警职业能力、工作绩效、履职规范等职业信息管理的可视化、实时性和一体化。成长树平台具有高度可扩充性、普适性以及稳定性,有助于进一步推动公安队伍管理的精确化、智能化发展。
In view of the problems of low self-identity,low self-expectation,job burnout,and lack of attractiveness in traditional ideological and political work in the career development of civilian police,this paper designs and develops an information management platform for the career management of civilian police,namely the Growth Tree platform.On the basis of systematically drawing the professional competence of the police,the Growth Tree platform innovatively integrates and uses public security and political work data,business data,and various social information data to realize the visualization,real-time and integration of the professional information management of the police,such as the professional ability,work performance,performance specification,etc.The Growth Tree platform is highly scalable,universal,and stable,which helps to further promote the precise and intelligent development of public security team management.
