摘要
目的探讨6S管理模式在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月我院消化内科收治的264例患者,将2018年7月至2018年12月收治的患者设为对照组,2019年1月至2019年6月收治的设为观察组,各132例。对照组给予基础护理管理,观察组给予6S管理模式。比较两组的应用效果。结果观察组护理人员工作效能感、护理质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的呼叫器铃响次数、住院时间、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论6S管理模式有助于护理人员工作效能的提高、护理质量的改善,且可促进患者康复,提高其护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of 6S management mode in nursing management of digestive system department.Methods From July 2018 to June 2019,264 patients admitted in the digestive system department of our hospital were selected,the patients admitted from July 2018 to December 2018 were set as control group,patients admitted from January 2019 to June 2019 were set as observation group,with 132 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing management,the observation group was given 6S management mode.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of work efficacy,nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of beeper bells calls,length of stay,nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6S management mode is helpful to improve the working efficiency and nursing quality of nursing staff,and it can promote the recovery of patients and improve patients'nursing satisfaction.
