摘要
危险废物具有很多危险特性,种类多、性质复杂、处理困难、危害大,所以必须加以严格控制。焚烧法是最有效的危险废物处理方法,而回转窑是危险废物处理中最有效的焚烧设备。介绍了回转窑焚烧处理危险废物的工艺流程,并分析了回转窑焚烧系统经常出现的问题,并给出了优化设计建议,为危险废物焚烧厂建设单位、设计单位等提供参考,对回转窑焚烧系统的优化设计提供了借鉴。
Hazardous wastes are potentially dangerous in many ways. There are many hazardous wastes,and their characteristics are complex,they bear great danger hazards,difficult handling and great harm,so it must be strictly controlled. Incineration is the most effective methods for hazardous wastes,rotary kiln is the most effective incineration equipment for hazardous waste treatment. This paper introduces the technological process of hazardous waste incineration in rotary kiln,the common problems of rotary kiln incineration system are analyzed,and the optimum design suggestions are given. It provides reference for construction units and design units of hazardous waste incineration plant,and provides reference for optimum design of rotary kiln incineration system.
