Implementation of Project-based Teaching Method in Higher Vocational Health Food Inspection Technology Course

摘要 以保健食品检验技术课程中“美国洋参胶囊中铅含量测定”为例,尝试实施基于工作过程的项目教学法。从检验任务分析、方案制定、检测实施、结果评价和考核体系等五个方面进行探讨,提出了“以任务为驱动,以检测流程为主线,以实验室为实际工作场景,将教、学、做有机结合,理论与实践有机结合,充分发挥学生为主,教师为辅,从“德规技”综合测评”的教学模式,为高职保健食品检验技术教学改革与基于工作过程的项目教学法应用提供借鉴。 Taking the determination of lead in American yangshen capusule as an example,the project-based teaching was implemented in the Health Food Inspection Technology.Inspection task analysis,program development,test implementation,results evaluation and assessment system were discussed.The teaching mode was put forward with the task-driven,the detection process as the main line,the laboratory as the actual work scene,the combination of teaching,learning and doing,the combination of theory and practice,giving full play to students as the mainstay,supplement by teachers,and comprehensive evaluation from professional ethics,technical skills and operations,which can provide reference for the teaching reform of higher vocational Health Food Inspection Technology and the application of project teaching method based on working process.
