摘要
目的探讨分析急性结石性胆囊炎最佳腹腔镜手术时机及术中出血量影响。方法选取本院收治急性结石性胆囊炎患者共81例开展临床研究,依据患者手术时机的不同将其分为对照组40例,研究组41例,均行腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组在发病72 h后接受手术,研究组在发病72 h内接受手术。对比两组治疗指标及并发症。结果经统计两组手术信息后,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次排气时间及院内治疗时间均低于对照组,且研究组术后并发症率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论急性结石性胆囊炎行早期腹腔镜手术治疗可有效减少患者术中出血量,有助于术后康复。
Objective To investigate the optimal timing of laparoscopic surgery and the amount of intraoperative blood loss in acute calculous cholecystitis.Methods A total of 81 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis were enrolled in this study.According to the timing of surgery,40 patients were divided into control group and 41 patients in the study group.All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery.The operation was performed 72 hours later,and the study group underwent surgery within 72 hours of onset.Compare the two groups of treatment indicators and complications.Results After the operation information of the two groups,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,initial exhaust time and inhospital treatment time of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,and the postoperative complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Early laparoscopic surgery for acute calculous cholecystitis can effectively reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss and help postoperative recovery.
