摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌患者围手术期的护理方法。方法选择100例结直肠癌患者,将其随机分为干预组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理措施,干预组予以全程护理干预。比较两组负性情绪、术后首次胃肠功能恢复时间、下床时间、拔管时间、总住院时间以及术后并发症的发生率。结果干预组术后负性情绪的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.01),术后首次胃肠功能恢复时间、下床时间、拔管时间、住院时间以及并发症的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在结直肠肿瘤围术期实施全程护理模式,能促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods 100 patients with colorectal cancer were selected and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,50 cases each.The control group adopted routine nursing measures,and the intervention group was given full nursing intervention.Negative emotions,time to first gastrointestinal function recovery,time to get out of bed,extubation time,total hospital stay,and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of negative emotions in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The recovery time of the first gastrointestinal function,the time of getting out of bed,the time of extubation,the length of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were lower than the control group.Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the whole-process nursing model during the perioperative period of colorectal cancer can promote the rehabilitation of patients.
