摘要
目的分析研究蛛网膜下腔出血临床治疗过程中实施优质护理服务的临床效果及价值。方法参与此次研究的70例对象均为入院后确诊为蛛网膜下腔出血的患者,均为自愿参与,并分组进行护理。所有病患均为2016年3月至2018年4月间收治,依据入院顺序分组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组则实施优质护理服务,各35例。结果比较SF-36量表评分、住院时间、并发症发生概率、护理满意率等指标,观察组分别为(89.7±4.1)分、住院时间为(40.2±3.1)d、5.7%、97.1%,均优于对照组的(80.1±6.2)分、住院时间为(50.3±4.7)d、22.9%、80.0%(P<0.05)。结论在临床蛛网膜下腔出血治疗过程中为患者提供优质科学的护理干预服务可大大改善患者的康复效果,降低并发症发生概率,提高其对护理服务的满意度,临床应用价值较高,应予以重视。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and value of quality nursing service in the course of clinical treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods 70 patients were admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with subarachnoid hemorrhage.All of them participated voluntarily and were treated in groups.All patients were admitted between March 2016 and April 2018.According to the order of admission,the control group took regular care,and the observation group implemented quality care services for 35 cases.Results Compared with the SF-36 scale score,hospitalization time,complication incidence,nursing satisfaction rate and other indicators,the observation group was(89.7±4.1),hospitalization time was(40.2±3.1)d,5.7%,and 97.1%,respectively.Both were superior to the control group(80.1±6.2)and had(50.3±4.7)d,22.9%,and 80.0%(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high quality nursing intervention service for patients in the course of treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage can greatly improve the rehabilitation effect,reduce the chance of complications,and increase their satisfaction with nursing services.The clinical application value is high and should be paid attention.
