摘要
目的对胃镜活检与外科病理检查对早期胃癌的诊断价值进行对比分析,为今后的临床诊疗工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法选择2018年1月至2019年9月本院收治的获得临床确诊的早期胃癌患者56例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受胃镜活检与外科病理检查,对两种诊断方法的诊断结果进行对比分析,评价诊断价值。结果56例早期胃癌患者经胃镜活检确诊50例,确诊率为89.29%,疑诊4例,疑诊率7.14%,排除2例,排除率为3.57%;外科病理确诊52例,确诊率为92.86%,疑诊2例,疑诊率为3.57%,排除2例,排除率为3.57%。胃镜活检的确诊率略低于外科病理检查,但差异无统计学意义。术前胃镜活检对病理类型的判断结果与外科病理比较差异无统计学意义。结论在胃癌早期诊断中,胃镜活检的确诊率以及对病理组织分型准确率与外科病理检查比较差异无统计学意义,但胃镜活检可有效避免出血,减轻患者疼痛程度,在预防控制以及术前筛查中具有显著临床价值,值得关注并推广。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of gastroscopic biopsy and surgical pathological examination for early gastric cancer,and provide valuable reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 56 patients with clinically diagnosed early gastric cancer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019.All 56 patients underwent gastroscopy biopsy and surgical pathology,and the diagnostic results of the two diagnostic methods were compared and analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic value.Results A total of 56 patients with early gastric cancer were diagnosed by gastroscopy.The diagnosis rate was 89.29%,4 cases were suspected,the suspect rate was 7.14%,2 cases were excluded,the exclusion rate was 3.57%.52 cases were confirmed by surgical pathology.92.86%,2 suspected cases,the suspected rate was 3.57%,2 cases were excluded,and the exclusion rate was 3.57%.The diagnosis rate of gastroscopy biopsy was slightly lower than that of surgical pathology,but the difference was not statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the results of preoperative gastroscopy biopsy on pathological type and surgical pathology.Conclusion In the early diagnosis of gastric cancer,the diagnosis rate of gastroscopy biopsy and the accuracy of pathological tissue classification are not significantly different from those of surgical pathology,but endoscopy biopsy can effectively avoid bleeding,reduce the pain level of patients,preventive control and preoperative screening.In the investigation,it has significant clinical value and is worthy of attention and promotion.
