超声波结合肌内效贴治疗肩袖损伤的临床观察 被引量:6

The Clinical Observation of Kinesio Taping Combined with Ultrasound Therapy on Patients with Shoulder Cuff Injury

摘要 目的:观察超声波结合肌内效贴治疗肩袖损伤的疗效。方法:2018年7月至2019年12月,62例肩袖损伤患者随机分为对照组(n=31)、观察组(n=31)。对照组采用超声波结合康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用肌内效贴进行治疗。治疗前、治疗4周后,分别采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)评定患侧肩痛,患侧肩关节活动度(ROM)。结果:治疗4周后,两组VAS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组肩关节ROM均显著增加(P<0.05),观察组关节活动度改善较对照组明显(P<0.05);结论:超声波结合肌内效贴治疗肩袖损伤,可改善患侧肩关节疼痛,促进患侧肩关节ROM恢复。 Objective:To observe the effect of kinesio taping combined with ultrasound therapy on patients with shoulder cuff injury.Methods:From July,2018 to December,2019,62 Shoulder cuff injury patients were randomly divided into group control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).The control group was treated with ultrasound therapy and rehabilitation training,the observation group was treated with kinesio taping on the basis of the control group.Before and after the four weeks of treatment,we assessed the shoulder pain with Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),and the range of motion(ROM)of the shoulder with injury.Results:After four weeks of treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),and both of them decreased significantly compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).The ROM of shoulder in the observation group was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.05),and both of them increased significantly compared to those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of kinesio taping combined with ultrasound therapy on patients with shoulder cuff injury can relief the pain of shoulder and promote the restoration of shoulder ROM.
