摘要
目的探讨高效价冷凝集素对输血前检查的影响及对策。方法选取2015年5月至2018年5月解放军总医院第六医学中心冷凝集素增高的9例患者,取其红细胞用37℃生理盐水洗涤,血清在4℃冰箱吸收冷自身抗体后,进行血型鉴定和抗体筛选试验。结果经过上述处理后的血标本,可有效地去除冷凝集素对输血前检查的干扰。结论含高效价冷凝集素的血液经过37℃生理盐水洗涤红细胞和4℃冷自身抗体吸收处理后,再次进行ABO正反定型结果相符,交叉配血相合,患者安全输血,输血后未出现不良反应。
Objective To investigate the influence of high-titer cold agglutinin on safety of clinical transfusion examinations and its countermeasures.Methods Nine patients with increased cold agglutinin were studied in this research.The patients’red blood cells were washed with 37℃saline.Their serum was absorbed cold autoantibodies at 4℃.Blood grouping and antibody screening test were carried out.Results After the above managements of blood samples,the interference of cold agglutinin on pre-transfusion examinations was effectively eliminated.Conclusions After our treatment,the results of positive and negative of ABO and cross match of blood is consistent in blood sample containing high-titer cold agglutinins.All patients undergo safety transfusion without adverse events.
