摘要
随着生态地质勘查的深入,常规小口径岩心钻探冲洗液净化系统存在占地面积大、冲洗液材料浪费严重、废弃冲洗液无法环保处理等问题,尤其在生态环境脆弱的青藏高原高寒地带实施小口径地质岩心钻探工程项目,修复困难且周期长,不能满足生态地质勘查的技术要求。综合分析研究以往冲洗液固控净化方法及在高寒工作区的实践,优化设计了一套适应高原高寒地区小口径地质岩心钻探冲洗液固控系统,并在木里地区煤炭勘查钻孔进行了实践。现场应用表明,其提高了冲洗液护壁效果,冲洗液使用率,减少了废浆排放,降低了生产成本,提升了生态地质勘查技术水平。
Along with eco-geological exploration deep-going,conventional small diameter core drilling flush fluid clarification system has existed defects of large floor space,serious flush fluid material waste,abandoned flush fluid unable to process under environmental protection standards.Especially the small diameter core drilling projects in the eco-environment vulnerable Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau have issues of difficult reparation with long duration,could not meet eco-geological exploration technical requirements etc.Overall analyzed previous flush fluid soil control clarification methods and alpine-cold region practices have optimally designed a set of small diameter core drilling flush fluid solid control system adaptable to alpine-cold region and carried out practices in the Muri area coal exploration drilling.The site application has shown that the system has promoted flush fluid wall protection effect and service rate,reduced abandoned slurry drainage,lowered down drilling cost and raised eco-geological exploration technical level.
