摘要
重大疫情是突发事件中的重大公共卫生事件,因其具有突发性与危害性相统一、潜伏性与传染性相统一、聚集性与扩散性相统一的特点,使高校学生教育管理在管理体制机制、应急处置能力、思想阵地建设、校园文化建设等方面经受考验,可通过组织领导统一化、防控体系网格化、思政教育立体化、关怀措施人文化、家校联动一体化等方面去有效应对。
A major epidemic is a major public health event in an emergency.Because it has the characteristics of unification of emergencies and dangers,unification of latinity and infectivity,and unification of agglomeration and proliferation,it makes university education management in management Institutions and mechanisms,emergency response capabilities,ideological positions,and campus culture are facing many challenges.Organizational leadership can be standardization,prevention and control systems can be gridded,three-dimensional ideological and political education,caring measures,human culture,and home-school integration and other aspects to effectively respond.
