摘要
目的分析延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用效果。方法随机选择2017年9月—2018年8月期间该院收治的140例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者作为研究对象,并根据入院时间不同进行分组,以70例于2017年9月—2018年2月期间入院患者作为对照组(常规护理),另以2018年3月—8月期间入院患者作为观察组(延伸护理)。对比两组的护理效果差异。结果两组患者在护理前各项指标并差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过6个月的护理后观察组的各项指标变化均显著优于对照组(t=-6.470,P<0.05;t=-10.327,P<0.05;t=-6.137,P<0.05;t=11.506,P<0.05;t=-15.011,P<0.05;t=3.302,P<0.05;);观察组的护理总满意率显著高于对照组(χ2=12.899,P<0.05)。结论延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中具有极佳的应用效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect of extended care in heart failure patients with arrhythmia.Methods 140 heart failure patients with arrhythmia treated from September 2017 to August 2018 in the hospital were selected.According to admission number,patients were assigned to control group(September 2017 to February 2018)and observation group March to August 2018,70 cases in each group.The control group was served with conventional nursing;the observation group was served with extended care.The nursing effect was probed.Results Before intervention,related indicators between groups were not statistically significantly different(P>0.05);after 6m of intervention,the clinical indicators in the observation group were significantly better than control group(t=-6.470,P<0.05;t=-10.327,P<0.05;t=-6.137,P<0.05;t=11.506,P<0.05;t=-15.011,P<0.05;t=3.302,P<0.05);the overall satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than controls group(χ2=12.899,P<0.05).Conclusion The extended care is clinically proven to be effective for heart failure patients with arrhythmia.
