摘要
本文通过设定不同时段仓窗和轴流风机的开启与关闭,跟踪检测仓温变化情况,选出最优控制仓温的方法。研究发现,在仓房隔热性能不佳时,夏季密闭仓房达不到隔热的效果,反而会出现严重的积热现象。夏季白天开启仓窗,适时开启轴流风机,加快仓内空气流动,有助于积热的排除。此控温方法改变了原有的做法,比密闭仓房的仓温低5℃左右、比空调控温更具经济性,对粮库具有重要指导意义。
In this paper, by opening and closing the windows and Axial flow fan at different time, the change of temperature is detected, then choose the best method. It is found that under the condition of poor thermal insulation performance, closed warehouse window in summer can not achieve the effect of thermal insulation, but has serious heat accumulation. Therefore, opening the warehouse window in summer and opening the ventilator in time can accelerate the air flow in the warehouse, help to significantly reduce the temperature in the warehouse. It is about 5 ℃ lower than the temperature of closed warehouse. This kind of temperature control method has changed the past thinking and practice. At the same time, compared with air conditioning temperature control, it is more economical and has guiding significance for grain depot.
