摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产效果的研究。方法选取2019年3—12月该院收治的先兆流产患者100例,按照数字表法将其随机分为两组,对照组应用黄体酮治疗,研究组应用中药穴位贴敷联合黄体酮治疗,对照两组患者症状改善时间以及孕酮、β-人绒毛促性腺激素。结果研究组有效率92.0%,对照组有效率74.0%,研究组疗效高于对照组(χ^2=4.963,P<0.05);研究组治疗后孕酮为(96.2±12.4)mmol/L,对照组治疗后孕酮(91.1±10.4)mmol/L,研究组孕酮高于对照组(t=16.441,P<0.05),研究组治疗后β-HCG为(69367.4±11245.6)mIU/ml,对照组治疗后β-HCG(53874.4±11236.7)mIU/ml,研究组孕酮高于对照组(t=14.644,P<0.05);研究组出血停止时间(5.8±0.9)d、腹痛缓解时间(3.0±1.1)d以及腰痛缓解时间(3.6±0.1)d,对照组出血停止时间(7.2±1.3)d、腹痛缓解时间(8.6±1.2)d以及腰痛缓解时间(4.5±1.1)d,研究组高于对照组(t=13.411、12.647、12.461,P<0.05)。结论采用中药穴位贴敷联合黄体酮治疗先兆流产可以提高临床治疗效果,改善患者黄体功能,提高孕激素水平,缩短患者症状改善时间,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with progesterone on threatened abortion.Methods 100 patients with threatened abortion admitted to the hospital from March to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method.The control group was treated with progesterone,while the research group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with progesterone.The improvement time of symptoms,progesterone andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 92.0%,and that of the control group was 74.0%.The curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(χ^2=4.963,P<0.05).Progesterone in the study group was(96.2±12.4)mmol/L,and progesterone in the control group was(91.1±10.4)mmol/L.Progesterone in the study group was higher than that in the control group(t=16.441,P<0.05).Bleeding cessation time(5.8±0.9)d,abdominal pain relief time(3.0±1.1)d and lumbago relief time(3.6±0.1)d in the study group,bleeding cessation time(7.2±1.3)d,abdominal pain relief time(8.6±1.2)d and lumbago relief time(4.5±1.1)d in the control group,were higher in the study group than in the control group(t=13.411,12.647,12.461,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of threatened abortion with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with progesterone can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the corpus luteum function of patients,increase the progesterone level,shorten the improvement time of patients'symptoms,and can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
