摘要
目的调查国家基本公共卫生服务项目实施效果及问题,并给予相应建议。方法调查全国国家基本公共卫生服务目实施情况,收集相关数据,使用SPSS 23.0统计学软件进行分析。结果总体实施效果较好,不过一些项目实施效果未达理想水平,健康档案建档率较高,但使用率较低,预防接种服务基本实现全覆盖,孕产妇及儿童的健康管理率达90%以上,老年人健康管理工作仍有待提升。结论国家基本公共卫生服务总体实施效果良好,但仍需加强基层卫生机构基础设施及人才建设,完善相关监管机制。
Investigate the effect and problems of the implementation of national basic public health service projects and give corresponding suggestions.Methods Investigate the implementation of national basic public health services nationwide,collect relevant data,and use SPSS 23.0.Software for statistical analysis.Results The overall implementation effect is good,but the implementation effect of some projects has not reached the ideal level,the health file filing rate is high,but the utilization rate is low,the vaccination service has basically achieved full coverage,and the maternal and child health management rate has reached 90%,the health management of the elderly still needs to be improved.Conclusion The overall implementation of national basic public health services has been effective,but the infrastructure and talents of primary health institutions need to be strengthened,and related supervision mechanisms must be improved.
