摘要
目的了解辽宁省大连市家庭医生服务的签约现状。方法采用配额抽样法,在辽宁省大连市某三甲医院下属5个社区抽取610名签约居民,采用该课题组自行研制的问卷对纳入居民进行调查,共发放问卷626份,有效问卷610份,有效率98.38%。结果40.7%的居民表示身体健康状况一般或较差,50.5%的居民首选在社区解决常见病和多发病,55.0%的居民清楚家庭医生签约服务的具体内容,62.4%的居民表示赞同家庭医生服务政策,59.7%的居民表示对现行家庭医生签约服务满意。在人口学基本变量中包括户籍状况、年龄分布、独居情况、家庭人均月收入和医疗保险类型都与家庭医生满意度显著性相关(P<0.05)。结论居民的健康状况并不理想,社区家庭医生的人数明显不足且基础设备落后。为大力发展家庭医生服务制度应从政府与所属医院入手,增加资金投入及技术支持,医院配合改革以及医保政策联动,加大宣传力度,完善家庭医生服务项目,建立更加人性化、个性化的家庭医生服务体系。
Objective To understand the status of contracting family doctor services in Dalian,Liaoning Province.Methods Quota sampling method was used to select 610 contracted residents in 5 communities of a top three hospital in Dalian,Liaoning Province.The self-developed questionnaire was used to survey the included residents.A total of 626 questionnaires and 610 valid questionnaires were distributed.The effective rate was 98.38%.Results 40.7%of the residents indicated that their health status was average or inferior.50.5%of the residents preferred to solve common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases in the community.55.0%of the residents knew the details of the services contracted by family doctors service policy,59.7%of residents expressed satisfaction with the current family doctor contracted services.Among the basic demographic variables,including household registration status,age distribution,solitary living status,family monthly income and medical insurance types were significantly related to family doctor satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The health status of residents is not ideal,the number of family doctors in the community is obviously insufficient and the basic equipment is backward.In order to vigorously develop the family doctor service system,we should start with the government and its affiliated hospitals,increase capital investment and technical support,and cooperate with the reform and medical insurance policies to increase publicity efforts,improve family doctor services,and establish more humanized and personalized family doctors service system.
