摘要
目的分析个体化护理管理在老年帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease,PD)患者便秘护理中的作用。方法研究阶段为2018年3月-2019年3月,共纳入研究对象109例,均为老年PD合并不同程度便秘的患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采取个体化护理管理,比较两组管理效果。结果观察组便秘改善总有效率92.73%(51/55)高于对照组77.78%(42/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前SDS、SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施个体化护理管理后,观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率96.36%(53/55)高于对照组68.52%(37/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对PD合并便秘症状患者采用个体化护理管理可改善便秘症状及心理状态,提高护理满意度,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze the role of individualized nursing management in constipation nursing of elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD). Methods The study period was from March 2018 to March 2019. A total of 109 patients were included in the study. All were elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated by constipation. These patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode. The observation group adopted individualized nursing management and compared the management effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of improvement of constipation in the observation group was 92.73%(51/55) higher than that in the control group 77.78%(42/54), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after individualized nursing management, the SDS and SAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 96.36%(53/55) higher than that in the control group 68.52%(37/54), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing management for patients with PD and constipation symptoms can improve constipation symptoms and psychological state, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth clinical application and promotion.
