后疫情时期职业院校信息化发展的现实困境及行动路径 被引量:15

On Realistic Dilemma and Action Path of Informatization Development of Vocational Colleges during Post-epidemic Period

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情期间,职业院校充分利用信息化手段推动学校线上教育教学,多种形式开展线上指导,确保了教学进度。随着疫情好转,职业院校要汲取此次危机带来的经验教训,充分重视学校信息化发展。根据相关政策发布的时间节点、信息化建设情况及相关学者的研究,将职业院校发展划分为基础设施建设阶段、数字校园建设阶段及2.0发展阶段。进入后疫情时期,职业院校仍面临着学校对信息化革命性影响认识不足,优质教育资源仍显不足,信息化教育教学环境有待完善,教师信息化应用水平不足等问题。需要加快首席信息官(CIO)制度的落实,推动职业教育均衡优质发展,加强教师信息化能力培训,推进职业院校与信息化企业合作。 During COVID-19 outbreak,vocational colleges make full use of information technology to promote online education and teaching,and conduct online guidance in various forms to ensure the progress of teaching.As the epidemic situation improves,vocational colleges should learn from the experience and lessons brought about by the crisis and pay full attention to the development of school informationization.According to the time node of the relevant policy release,the information construction situation and the research of relevant scholars,the development of vocational colleges can be divided into three stages:infrastructure construction stage,digital campus construction stage and 2.0 development stage.During the post-epidemic period,vocational colleges still face problems such as insufficient understanding of the revolutionary impact of informatization,insufficient high-quality educational resources,teaching environment for informatization education to be improved,and low teachers’level of informationization application.It is necessary to accelerate the implementation of the chief information officer(CIO)system,promote the balanced and high-quality development of vocational education,strengthen the training of teachers’informatization capabilities,and promote cooperation between vocational colleges and informatization enterprises.
