摘要 为保持食用菌电子商务的竞争优势,推动食用菌电子商务行业发展,需加强电子商务与供应链管理的相互融合。通过分析食用菌电子商务发展现状发现,目前主要存在供应链过长、销售目标人群难以确定、供应链信息化实施困难、标准化模式难以实现等问题。对此,提出构建电子商务基础系统及稳定的食用菌供应链、完善电子商务社区平台、加大对食用菌产品的宣传,拓宽产品销路、加强食用菌市场渠道管理,提高供应效率等改善建议,进一步推动电子商务在食用菌行业的长期稳定发展。 In order to maintain the competitive advantage of edible fungi e-commerce and promote the development of edible fungi e-commerce industry,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of e-commerce and supply chain management.By analyzing the development status of edible fungi e-commerce,it found problems that the supply chain was too long,the sales target group was difficult to determine,the supply chain information was difficult to implement,the standardization model was difficult to achieve and so on.In order to solute the problems,a system of constructing e-commerce and stability of edible fungi was put forward,perfect the e-commerce supply chain community platform,strengthen the propaganda of products of edible fungi,expand product sales and the management of edible fungi market channels,improve the efficiency of supply reconstruction suggestions,and further promoting the long-term stable development of e-commerce in the edible fungi industry.
