摘要
介绍了白色清水预制混凝土构件(PC构件)的原材料选用、配合比设计、构件制作要点和脱模制度,研究了成品保护及破损修补方法,实现了对白色清水PC构件制作、储运、修补全过程外观质量的有效控制。
The key production technology of the white prefabricated concrete components is introduced as the selection of raw materials,the determination of mix proportion,the method of making components and demoulding procedure,and the protection of the finished products and the methods of repairing the damage are studied.The apparent quality control methods in the process of making,storage and transportation of white prefabricated concrete components are realized.
