摘要
随着近年来影视行业的快速发展以及互联网技术的高度渗透,影视生态发生了深刻变革,影视人才需求结构随之改变,人才供需矛盾进一步凸显,影视教育供给侧改革迫在眉睫。本文通过系统梳理现阶段我国影视人才培养的格局特征、现实困境及模式探索,并借鉴韩国影视人才培养的成熟经验,提出未来我国影视人才的培养应坚持以四维复合能力培养为导向,以构建政府、企业、院校共商共建的影视人才生态培养系统为框架,以校地合作、校企合作、院校联盟等为执行模式,培养兼具品格修养、专业能力、艺术精神和国际视野的"高端应用型"影视人才。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the film industry and the deep integration of Internet technology,the film ecology has undergone profound changes,and the demand structure of film and television talents has changed accordingly,which makes the reform of the film and television education supply side imminent.On the basis of reviewing the current situation,dilemma and mode exploration of China’s film talent training pattern,this paper proposes that film talent training should take the cultivation of four-dimensional composite ability as the guide,and build a film talent ecological training system as a framework.Through the mode of school-land cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation,college alliance,etc.,it cultivates "high-end application-type" film talents with both character cultivation,professional ability,artistic spirit and international vision.
