摘要
介绍王松龄治疗多巴反应性肌张力障碍验案1则。该病临床罕见,西医无根治之法,多是缓解症状,临床病情易反复。王松龄教授认为本病的发生发展多与脾胃肝肾密切相关,脾胃亏虚,肝肾失养为总的病因病机,治疗以培补脾胃,养肝益肾为主,运用薯蓣丸治疗本病,随证遣药,不拘一格,多有良效。
Wang Songling in the treatment of dopamine-reactive dystonia with Shuyu pills for one proved case was introduced.The disease is clinically rare,western medicine without radical cure,mostly relieve symptoms,clinical condition is easy to repeat.Professor Wang Songling believes that the development of this disease is closely related to the spleen,stomach,liver and kidney,deficiency of spleen and stomach and liver,and kidney deficiency are the main causes and pathogenesis,treatment for nourishing spleen and stomach,nourishing liver and kidney,using Shuyu pill to treat this disease is very effective.
