摘要
螺旋锥齿轮副是车桥传动系统中最重要的传动元件,尤其是准双曲面齿轮副,由于其传动平稳、承载能力强、结构紧凑易于布置得到了广泛的应用。文章以准双曲面齿轮为例,以齿根弯曲应力和齿面接触应力计算公式为基础,分析了提升螺旋锥齿轮承载能力的方法。详细分析了齿高系数、刀具参数对齿轮承载能力的影响,最后通过实例验证了改进效果。试验证明:通过优化工作齿高系数、齿顶高系数、大小轮齿厚、刀具圆角半径以及刀具修形参数,能够有效提高螺旋锥齿轮副的疲劳寿命。
The spiral bevel gear pair is the most important driving in the axle transmission system.Especially for the hypoid gear pair,it is widely used because of its smooth transmission,strong bearing capacity,compact structure and easy arrangement.Taking hypoid gear as an example,the method of improving the fatigue capacity based on formula of bending and contact stress is analyzed.The influence of tooth height coefficient and tool parameters on the fatigue capacity of gear is analyzed in detail.Finally,the optimization effect is verified by an example.The test results show that the fatigue life of spiral bevel gear pair can be effectively improved by optimizing the working tooth height coefficient,addendum height coefficient,the fillet radius of cutters,tooth thickness and the parameters of cutter modification.
