摘要
为更好地保障煤矿井下变电所的连续可靠运行,更科学、更合理地管理煤矿井下变电所设备,分析了井下变电所机电设备日常检修管理现存问题,并设计了一种机电设备检修预警系统。具体介绍了机电设备检修预警系统的构成以及各模块的功能,分析了应用该系统后可达到的效果。经实际应用发现,通过科学、合理地应用该机电设备检修预警系统,不仅有助于更及时、更全面地检修矿井变电所设备,而且可为矿井节约大量的人力与物力成本,为企业创造更多经济效益。
In order to better ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the underground mine substation, and to manage the underground mine substation equipment more scientifically and reasonably, the existing problems of daily maintenance and management of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the underground substation were analyzed, and an electromechanical equipment maintenance early warning system. The composition of the early warning system for mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and the functions of each module were introduced in detail, and the effects that can be achieved after applying the system were analyzed. It is found through practical application that the scientific and reasonable application of the mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance early warning system will not only help to repair the substation equipment in a more timely and comprehensive manner, but also save a lot of manpower and material costs for the mine by applying the system create more economic benefits for enterprises.
