摘要
日渐庞大的老年群体已成为养老服务业发展壮大的基础。在养老产业政策的引导和推动下,乐清市养老机构数量和床位数出现了快速增长,但支付能力的限制和供需结构矛盾引发的消费意愿不足,导致有效需求难以释放,机构养老床位的空置率居高不下。通过政府、产业、企业三方协同发展,完善行业政策、优化产业结构、提升企业服务能力,提高老年人收入和社会保障水平,构建完善的养老机构服务体系,促进潜在需求转化为有效需求,激发市场活力,可提高养老机构老年人的生活质量,促进养老机构健康有序发展,缓解社会养老难题,助力地方经济发展。
The increasingly huge elderly group has become a foundation for developing and expanding the industry of elderly care service.Guided and driven by its policy,the number of both the organizations and beds in Yueqing City shows rapid growth,but the insufficient consuming intention caused by the restriction of payment ability and supply-demand contradiction leads to the difficulty in releasing effective demands,and the vacancy rate keeps high.In order to improve living quality of the aged in elderly care service organizations,promote healthy and ordered development of the organizations,ease the social problem of elderly care service and assist local economic development,it is suggested to improve the industry policy,optimize the industrial structure,enhance enterprises’service capability,increase the income and social security level of the aged,construct a perfect service system for elderly care service organizations and facilitate the transformation of latent demand to effective demand,and stimulate market vitality through the coordinated development of the government industry and enterprises.
