摘要
阐述我国护理专业硕士研究生培养现状,分析优势与不足,为护理专业硕士培养,以期完善和提高护理专业硕士研究生的培养方式。通过吉林省某医学高校就业处与研究生院获取护理专业2015~2019年毕业率与就业率信息。数据分析发现,护理专业硕士研究生毕业人数逐年增加,虽然毕业率有所波动,但始终保持在较高水平。创新能力不足、师资结构队伍不完善、专科细化欠缺等是制约培养发展的主要问题,应针对这些问题制定合理的策略。
The current cultivation status quo of nursing graduates in China is expounded,and the advantages and disadvantages for the nursing cultivation are analyzed,in order to improve and increase the cultivation method of nursing graduates.Through the employment department and graduate school of a medical college in Jilin province,the information on the graduation rate and employment rate of nursing majors from 2015 to 2019 was obtained.Data analysis found that the number of graduates of nursing graduates increased year by year.Although the graduation rate fluctuated,it remained at a relatively high level.Insufficient innovation ability,imperfect faculty structure,and inadequate specialist refinement are the main problems that restrict the development of cultivation.Reasonable strategies should be formulated for these problems.
