摘要
目的分析宫腔水囊压迫治疗严重产后子宫出血的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的40例严重产后子宫出血患者,采用电脑随机法将其分为对照组(20例)和观察组(20例)。对照组采用纱布填塞止血,观察组采取宫腔水囊压迫止血,比较两组产后24、48 h出血量、填塞物留置时间、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组产后24、48 h出血量及填塞物留置时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的治疗总有效率为70.0%,低于观察组的95.0%(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于严重产后子宫出血的产妇,采用宫腔水囊压迫的止血效果优于采用纱布填塞止血,具有显著临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of uterine water sac compression in the treatment of severe postpartum uterine hemorrhage. Methods Forty patients with severe postpartum uterine hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(20 cases) and observation group(20 cases)by computer random method. The control group was treated with gauze packing for hemostasis, and the observation group was treated with uterine water sac compression for hemostasis. The amount of bleeding at 24 h and 48 h after delivery,indwelling time of tamponade, treatment effect and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The amount of bleeding at 24 h and 48 h after delivery and indwelling time of tamponade in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 70.0%, which was lower than95.0% in the observation group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with severe postpartum uterine hemorrhage, uterine water sac compression has better hemostasis effect than the gauze packing, which has significant clinical application value.
