摘要
硕博一体化是学术型拔尖创新人才自身发展的必然要求,也是推进学术型人才培养长远发展的内在要求。在本硕博一体化培养体系下,要注重特色人才的选拔、因材施教培养方案的制定、科学合理的人才培养联动性的运行,以及国际化视野的拓展等,充分发挥本硕博一体化贯通性、系统性和递进性的特点,做好学术型拔尖创新人才的培养。
The integration of bachelor's,master's and doctoral degrees in the cultivation of academic outstanding innovative talents is an inevitable requirement,and is the inherent requirement for the long-term development of talents.Under the system of the integration of bachelor's,master's and doctoral degrees,we should pay attention to the selection of special talents,the formulation of training programs for students in accordance with their aptitude,the operation of scientific and reasonable talent cultivation,and the expansion of international vision.Accordingly,the characteristics of integration,systematization and progressives of the integration of bachelor's,master's and doctoral degrees should be used to the cultivation of academic outstanding innovative talents.
