起落架疲劳试验电动式伺服加载技术研究及应用 被引量:7

摘要 在起落架疲劳试验中,为了模拟起落架在起飞、巡航和着陆过程中的真实状态,起落架缓冲器在不同阶段有不同的压缩行程。某工程起落架疲劳试验一个典型起落中,起落架缓冲器压缩行程需要调整3次,1倍寿命疲劳试验则高达45 000次。另外压缩行程的调整也导致起落架加载力线的偏转。为了确保试验高效、连续运行及载荷准确施加,提出起落架疲劳试验缓冲支柱行程自动调节及载荷同步随动施加技术,通过缓冲器压缩量自动调节技术实现了支柱行程自动调节,通过基于电动缸系统的随动加载技术实现了载荷随动施加,试验过程中缓冲器支柱行程自动调节与载荷随动施加时时对应,并通过试验验证了新方法的可行性、有效性和实用性。此方法具有一定的工程应用价值,并在多类重点型号试验中得到了应用。 In the landing gear fatigue test, in order to simulate the true state of the landing gear during take-off, cruise and landing, the landing gear bumper has different compression strokes at different stages. In a typical landing gear fatigue test of a certain landing gear, landing gear cushioning compression stroke needs to be adjusted 3 times, and the 1 times life fatigue test is as high as 45 000 times. In addition, the adjustment of the compression stroke also leads to the deflection of the landing gear loading line. In order to ensure efficient test, continuous operation and accurate load application, the landing gear fatigue test buffer strut stroke automatic adjustment technology and load synchronous follow-up application technology were proposed. The automatic adjustment of the strut stroke was realized by the buffer compression amount automatic adjustment technology, and the load follow-up application was realized by the following loading technology based on the electric cylinder system. The automatic adjustment of the stroke of the middle buffer strut corresponded to the time when the load was applied.The feasibility, effectiveness and practicability of the new method were verified by experiments. This method has certain engineering application value and has been applied in many types of key model tests.
