改性钢渣陶粒对低浓度磷的吸附特征 被引量:5

摘要 为了阐明改性钢渣陶粒应用于水体除磷的可行性,通过吸附实验研究了镧铁复合氧化物改性钢渣陶粒对低浓度磷的吸附特性,考察了投加量、pH、共存离子等因素对除磷率的影响,并研究其吸附动力学特性。采用NaOH作为再生剂,比较了吸附饱和的改性钢渣陶粒经不同条件再生处理后的除磷效果。结果表明,对于初始磷浓度1 mg/L的溶液,吸附剂投加量5 g/L,pH为7时,除磷率高达99.07%;HCO3^-和SO4^2-对除磷的抑制作用较强。吸附动力学过程符合准二级动力学模型。使用1.5 mol/L NaOH浸泡60 min是较为合理的再生条件,一次再生后的除磷率仍可达98.51%。 In order to clarify the feasibility of using modified steel slag ceramsite to remove phosphorus from water,the adsorption characteristics of lanthanum-iron complex oxide modified steel slag ceramsite to low concentration phosphorus were studied by adsorption experiments.The effects of dosage,pH and coexisting ions on the phosphorus removal rate were investigated,and then the adsorption kinetics was studied.Using NaOH as regenerant,the phosphorus removal effect of modified steel slag ceramsite with saturated adsorption after regeneration under different conditions was compared.Results showed that for the solution with initial phosphorus concentration of 1 mg/L,the dosage of adsorbent is 5 g/L,and when the pH is 7,the phosphorus removal rate is as high as 99.07%;While HCO3^- and SO4^2- have stronger inhibitory effect on phosphorus removal.Besides,the adsorption kinetics accords with the quasi-second-order kinetics model.Last but not least,soaking for 60 min with 1.5 mol/L NaOH is a reasonable regeneration condition,and phosphorus removal rate after one regeneration can still reach 98.51%.
