摘要
南京牛首山佛顶宫工程是国内首个废弃矿坑内建造的大型佛教建筑,工程质量要求高、施工难度大。分析工程特点及难点,介绍创新技术研究与应用,包括超高边坡治理及生态恢复、异形曲面铝合金结构体系施工、铝合金穹顶结构施工、镂空铝板天花施工、钢拱架矿坑狭窄空间安装、结构柱双枝自平衡原位柔性提升、高浮雕艺术石材幕墙施工、佛教建筑复杂艺术装饰与精密建造、佛教莲花旋转升降剧场舞台施工、绿色建造、佛教文旅建筑总承包管理与探索等领域。创新技术的应用成果显著,确保了工程质量,节约了成本。
Nanjing Niushoushan Foding Palaza project is the first large-scale Buddhist building built in abandoned mines in China,which requires high quality and is difficult to construct. This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the project,introduces the research and application of innovative technology,including the treatment and ecological restoration of ultra-high slope,the construction of aluminum alloy structure system with special curved surface,the construction of aluminum alloy dome structure,the construction of hollow aluminum plate ceiling,the installation of narrow space in steel arch pit,the self balance and in-situ flexible lifting of double branches of structural column,the construction of high relief art stone curtain wall,and the complex art of Buddhist architecture decoration and precision construction,stage construction,green construction,general contracting management and exploration of Buddhist culture and tourism construction,etc. The application results of the innovative technology are remarkable,which ensure the quality of the project and save the cost.
