摘要
针对电流励磁方式和永磁体励磁方式各自存在的不足,提出了将电流励磁方式和永磁体励磁方式相结合的家用燃气热水器混合励磁磁水器,并设计了三种混合励磁结构。首先,利用磁路法对三种混合励磁结构的内部磁场进行初步分析和计算,然后采用有限元分析软件Maxwell进行数值仿真分析。以磁水器内部的磁感应强度大小为选择标准,通过对比三种结构内部的磁感应强度分布,确定出了一种最佳的结构。最后,针对此最佳磁水器结构,分析了部件的各个几何尺寸对于其内部磁场的影响。
In this paper,in view of the shortcomings of both current and permanent magnet excitation mode,a hybrid excitation water magnetizing device for domestic gas water heater is proposed,which combines current and permanent magnet excitation mode,and three hybrid excitation structures are designed.Firstly,the magnetic circuit method is used to analyze and calculate the internal magnetic field of three kinds of hybrid excitation structures.Then,the finite element analysis software Maxwell is used to simulate their internal magnetic field distribution.Taking the magnitude of magnetic induction in the water magnetizing device as the selection criterion,the best structure is determined by comparing the distribution of magnetic induction in the three structures.Finally,for the optimal structure,the influence of the geometric dimensions of the components on the internal magnetic field is analyzed.
