摘要
为了更好地对产品设计三维模型进行设计,针对当前对产品设计三维模型过程存在的一些难题,如:设计成本高、周期长等,提出了基于激光选区熔化成形技术的产品设计三维模型。首先分析当前产品设计三维模型设计的国内外研究进展,找到各种产品设计三维模型的缺陷,然后激光选区熔化成形技术通过激光扫描获取产品设计三维模型,将三维模型分成截面形状的二维平面信息,二维平面信息生成数控代码后通过平面加工方式加工各层薄层模型,将所有薄层模型粘结成型直至形成最终三维产品制件,最后进行了产品设计三维模型的仿真测试,结果表明,模型可以对产品进行高精度的三维设计,设计精度超过98%,而且产品设计成本低、周期短,具有较广的实际应用价值。
In order to better design the 3D model of products,aiming at some problems existing in the process of 3D model of products,such as high design cost and long cycle,a 3D model of products based on selective laser melting forming technology is proposed.Firstly,the research progresses of 3D model design at home and abroad are analyzed,and the defects of various 3D models are found.Then the 3D model is obtained by laser scanning with selective laser melting forming technology.The 3D model is divided into two-dimensional plane information of section shape.After the two-dimensional plane information generate numerical control code,the thin layer model of each layer is processed by plane processing method,and all of them are processed to form 3D products.The simulation results show that the model in this paper can carry out high-precision three-dimensional design of products,the design accuracy is more than 98%,and the product design cost is low,the cycle is short,and has wide practical application value.
