摘要
在新时代,高校要认真做好党外知识分子工作,对于强化高校统战工作、促进高等教育改革与发展具有重要的现实意义。同时,我们必须清楚地知道,高校知识分子具有思想价值观念多元化、工作环境复杂化、工作任务内涵繁重化等一些现实特点。为此,我们要不断强化高校知识分子统战工作的路径与机制,注重夯实思想工作基础,科学构建组织培养机制,建立健全宣传媒介,切实保障高校知识分子统战工作不断取得实效。
In the new era,colleges and universities should conscientiously do well in the work of Non-Party intellectuals,which has important practical significance to strengthening the united front work of colleges and universities and promoting the reform and development of higher education.At the same time,we must clearly know that university intellectuals have some realistic characteristics,such as pluralistic ideological values,complicated working environment and heavy connotation of work tasks.Therefore,we should constantly strengthen the path and mechanism of the intellectuals'united front work in colleges and universities,lay stress on consolidating the ideological work foundation,scientifically construct the organizational training mechanism,establish and improve the media carrier,and earnestly guarantee the continuous effectiveness of the intellectuals'united front work in colleges and universities.
