摘要
立足现职军官指挥能力培养,运用系统工程思想,突出精品意识、经营意识,通过构建凸显航空装备保障指挥特色的应用型专题式模块化教学内容体系;创建“模式创新、方法灵活、评价科学、特色鲜明”的教学施训体系;形成由教材、案例集、网络课程及工具软件组成的立体化教学保障体系;培养一支结构合理、教学科研水平高的课程教学团队,全面提升课程整体建设水平。
Based on the training of commanding ability of current officers,using system engineering ideas,highlighting the consciousness of quality and management,an application-oriented modular teaching content system is constructed,which highlights the characteristics of aviation equipment support and command.By creating a teaching and training system with"innovative mode,flexible method,scientific evaluation and distinctive characteristics",it is possible to form a three-dimensional teaching guarantee system composed of teaching materials,case sets,network courses and tool software,and finally to train a curriculum education team with reasonable structure and high level of teaching and research,so as to improve the overall level of curriculum construction.
